Speaking at: London Roadshow - Islington - 6 December 2013Bill is the Professional Support Lawyer to Hill Dickinson's national Property team, providing technical legal support and training to the team and its clients.
Bill has a particular interest in the property-related legislation relating to climate change and energy performance and has spoken on issues such as EPCs and the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme to the RICS, the Institute of Risk Management and numerous clients, as well as being a panellist at Chester Zoo's 'Climate Change Question Time'.
Bill has also written numerous articles on these and related subjects for publications ranging from the Estates Gazette and Local Government Lawyer to the Liverpool Daily Post, and he is also the Editor of Hill Dickinson's own quarterly commercial property newsletter.
Prior to assuming his current role in 2007, Bill was a Partner at the firm with over 10 years' transactional experience on all aspects of commercial property work.
